This is a working draft while 4B Pen is in public beta. It will be reviewed before the first stable release.

Using 4B Pen ​

You may download and use 4B Pen for free, for personal and commercial work. You may not resell the app, remove its notices, or present it as your own product.

Your work is yours ​

Everything you make with 4B Pen, designs, code and the apps you deploy, belongs to you. 4B Pen doesn't claim any rights to it, and your files stay on your computer.

Services you connect ​

Your coding agent, Cloudflare and any other service you connect are provided by those companies under their own terms. You're responsible for your accounts with them and what they charge you.

Beta software ​

4B Pen is in public beta. It's provided as it is, without warranties, and it may have bugs or lose work. Keep backups of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using the app.

This website ​

Don't misuse the site or its sign-up forms, for example by sending automated or abusive requests.

Changes ​

We'll update these terms as 4B Pen grows, and note the date of each change here.
